Retail M&A IT Integration Program

We successfully delivered the Day 1 – Readiness Phase of the acquisition program for a renowned French luxury house across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. By applying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices, we ensured the seamless integration of critical IT components, including Active Directory, Office 365, data migration, security infrastructure deployment, Digital Workplace setup, key retail application configuration, and iOS integration. This rollout supported 80 office users, 334 store users across the Middle East, and 6 warehouse users, ensuring business continuity and operational readiness from day one.

The main objectives of the program were to:

• Ensure a seamless transition of all sites with no disruption to business operations
• Comply with all legal and contractual obligations related to the acquisition
• Align with corporate cybersecurity standards by implementing robust security requirements
• Establish a strong IT governance framework to support integration, oversight, and long-term scalability
