M&A IT Program – Luxury Jewelry Division

As part of the Merger & Acquisition IT Program for a prestigious jewelry brand acquired by a renowned French luxury house, we initiated the program with a comprehensive audit across all sites in France. This assessment covered critical components such as WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure, workstations, local servers, Functional application, and cybersecurity posture. Supporting over 100 users, the audit enabled us to define a clear and realistic integration roadmap.

The objective was to ensure a seamless transition of IT operations, aligning all systems—including Active Directory, Office 365, functional applications, and endpoint security—with the standards and requirements of the parent company. Our phased approach ensured business continuity, minimized risk, and laid the groundwork for a fully integrated and secure IT environment.
